Yellow is HTML text box with transparent background over flash object

Magic is in wmode="transparent" within flash object.
Tested on Windows: FF3.6 + IE6–8 + Opera 10.10 + Safari 4.0.5 + Chrome 4.1
Flash controls bellow works in IE + FF.
